About the Tanner Prize:

Grinspoon Hillel's Tanner Prize event is held each spring in New York City, celebrating the Cornell Jewish community and Jewish life on campus. The event brings together Hillel and Cornell Trustees, University administrators, Jewish alumni and parents, and Hillel student leaders.

The TANNER PRIZE, named for visionary philanthropist and communal leader Harold Tanner '52, is awarded annually by Grinspoon Hillel to an individual or family, honoring their significant contributions and service to the Jewish people and to Cornell University.
